"SON OF FORD" It's been 72 years since Henry Ford introduced the 1932 line of cars bearing his name. It was a very good year for Fords, for the "Deuce" as it was nicknamed, became one of the most sought-after machines by hot rod enthusiasts everywhere. Today, few of the original "Steel" bodied cars are to be found, but thanks to hot rodders ingenuity (and fiberglass), the ever popular '32 lives on as the "SON OF FORD" ....

Now owning my own 1:1 "SON OF FORD" '32 Deuce (3 window) , I found a need to add this beauty to my collection..A coat or two of competetion orange paint was used to match the boxart and flat and semi-gloss black help complete the running gear and interior with a hint of aluminum for the timing cover...

I also added just enough of the decal sheet to also match the boxart. Many of the "yesteryear" models produced in our industry are laying in boxes hidden in a dark closet .

Over the years I have managed to secure several old, vintage kits for my personal collection, all of which I plan to build and share for all to see ..

I hope you like it !
