Red Baron Von Monster by Markus Minsinger
Goodday Dear Rrreaders of the "Monsters Rrrod Magazine", may I introduce myself - I'm the The Red Baron von Monster.

Since I was a little von Monster I've always dreamt of driving one of TDīs wild creatures . . . eh . . creations, but nothing seemed to fulfill my dreams. But then - once upon a time - I met him personally and he looked deep into my unhappy monster eyes.

He saw my toys and discovered one of my fathers old helmets and said: "Well Baron, Iīll make for you something around this funny thing !" What can I say, after endless weeks of hope the garage door of my dungeon opened . . . and see what came out . . . he even gave me a sweet remote control tri-plane with real working machine-guns . . . .

wow, perfect for hunting cats and dogs . . . . .

TD meets Ed Roth

This is a kit bash of an old glue bomb Red Baron and a Mr.Gasser and some spare parts like the different tires.

It wasn't easy to find good lookin usable ones because I wanted to use the original kit wheels. The frame was extended about one and a half inch to make room for the big heavily modified Packard 8 cylinder engine. Also the front radius rods and drag link required the modification. The monster got an mustache cut out parts of the kits hair part.

Several cuts in the right arm and hand had to be done to achieve an anatomically correct appearance. The ears had to find a slightly different position to make room for the helmet. On the belly you find the center part of the original Red Barons uniform with all the knobs it used to have.

And yes, I couldn't resist to give him a golden tooth and the scratch built monocle.
