I won a Beer Wagon and a L'il Gasser from Charlie in his 'spot the difference' competition and mixed the parts together as soon as they arrived. I straightaway decided to put the Beer wagon payload on the Gasser chassis. About a month later I went to Dublin and visited the Guinness Museum wich holds a large number of old delivery vehicles and decided to theme my kitbash accordingly.

Engine is a straight six from a Mercedes 300SL (Italeri) with a triple blower setup (Creepy T) with scatchbuilt transfer section. It's also my second attempt at wiring, I figured as it was completely on show it deserved it.

The cab from the Gasser was chopped before the Beer Wagon rear wall was added. I reworked the floor so the cab would sit a little lower on the chassis to line up the roof with the bed sides. I printed off some wood grain and glued it onto the bed then applied some chrome strips.

The nose is what held up the project. I decided the Gasser grill looked too small against the huge engine. I decided to use a track style nose from my parts bin but it was too short. I extended the top half backwards using the stock beverley hillbillies kit. I finished it off with the Gasser headlights and ornament. I finished the build off with some trim pieces from the Paddy Wagon and some other parts box stuff.
