Tangerine T 12.10.2004
Talk about staying power... This chopped 25 T body comes all the way from 1963.
I've always loved the AMT double '25 T model and never used this body on anything. The 2001 release of the '25 T Roadster (RC/ERTL 31225) pleasantly surprised me with many of the original 25 T parts inside, but not the chopped T body.
Because that re-release is being used for a different project, I decided to use the chopped T body on the Switcher T basic kit.
The chrome radiator has been covered with Cobra Colors candy yellow. The paint is Cobra Colors Tangerine Pearl.
The fenders are from the switcher kit and the headers from the 32 Vicky switcher. The body was notched for the rear radius rods.
The 25 Ford has been around a long time and has been released in many variations. It's easy to understand why as this is a timeless kit that can be built retro to new tech. Each way similar, yet unique.
